We do ship worldwide! Every order is a little different from the next. We are unable to give an estimate on how much your order will cost to ship internationally. You can figure out your shipping costs by placing all the items you’d like to purchase in your cart.

Click the “check out” button and start moving through the check out process. You are able to exit the ordering process before adding in your payment information.

Duties and customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We want you to be happy with your order from us. However, since we are a small business, we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind about an order for any reason.

Please use the tracking number shared in your shipping confirmation email and contact the mail carrier directly with any issues on your delivery status.  

Sometimes things happen! We are happy to offer store credit or exchanges for products that arrived damaged.

Please make sure to reach out via email or Instagram with photos of damaged box and/or item(s) and we will take it from there!

If item comes damaged we will be responsible for the return of shipping cost and will happily replace any defective or broken merchandise. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of item to qualify for repair or exchange.

We process orders every morning to get them out the next day. When you checkout you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to follow along with your package until it arrives at your doorstep! If there are any delays to your shipment you will be able to see through the tracking number as well.

We want to be assured that our crystals are of the highest quality, and that they were obtained in a loving way. The reason we spend so much time hand selecting our crystals from our trusted vendors, is that we want each crystal to be vibrating at its highest frequency when it arrives to its new home. While buying crystals in mass quantities from certain sources may result in a lower cost, we prioritize the authenticity, energetic integrity and ethical sourcing of our crystals above all else.

At the end of the day, we buy from someone we trust, and we want you to do the same.
